Enviro-Pak Systems
These packages are specifically designed for the smaller P.D. systems (20 HP maximum). The Enviro-Pak system utilizes a fiberglass base and a hinged weatherproof cover. These packages are very economically priced, aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound.
Elevated Base Packages
This style blower system has been built and perfected by United Blower, Inc. for over 20 years. With more than 4,000 Elevated Base style packages in operation, this heavy duty system has proven that it can function properly and can operate in the field for many years. These packages can be equipped with our heavy duty or standard duty blowers. Most Elevated Base packages are V-Belt driven but, on the larger HP models, can be direct driven.
Quiet Pulse Packages
Our signature series tri-lobe blowers featuring pulsation control. These are “European” style packages, with the blower system mounted inside a close fitting enclosure. The Quiet Pulse packages have a common base/discharge silencer and have the motor mounted to a spring supported tension base, which allows for automatic V-Belt tensioning. All of the Quiet Pulse packages are V-Belt driven. No other company offers as many superior design features as the Quiet Pulse series from United Blower, Inc.
Flat Base Packages
For large Horsepower packages (over 250 HP) which require inertia bases (concrete filled with rebar), United Blower, Inc. supplies Flat Base packages. These packages feature vibration isolation springs and have the inlet and discharge silencers mounted vertically on the base. For Flat Base packages, United Blower, Inc. uses our heavy duty blowers and utilizes either a direct drive connection or a V-Belt connection between the blower and motor.

UBI reviews blower specifications and drawings in great detail before preparing a proposal. Engineers are often alerted to errors, conflicts between specs and drawings, as well as omissions. 6. Submittals:
UBI’s engineering department prepares one of the most complete and professionally prepared submittals in the industry. After thorough review of the blower specification and drawings, UBI will always contact the customer for clarifications before preparing the submittals. This will expedite the submittal review process.
7. Manufacturing:
UBI’s heavy duty trilobe P.D. blowers with pulsation control are manufactured exclusively for UBI’s municipal customers. UBI manufactures all structural steel, plate and sheet metal products in-house. After assembly, but prior to finish painting, all blower systems are tested under full load. Certified noise and vibration tests are also available.
8. Service:
UBI provides the most experienced factory based startup engineers. Equipment startup and operator training are of great importance to UBI because proper startup and training will reduce warranty claims. UBI is one of the few companies honoring warranties without question and, in addition, often supervises the removal and re-installation of repaired equipment.
9. Delivery:
UBI has a great reputation for on-time deliveries. UBI will adhere to contractors requests to ship and invoice in order to meet pre-established billing cycles. To further reduce the chance of freight damage, UBI will not ship with common carriers. UBI will use dedicated flatbed trucks or its own fleet of OTR hauling equipment.
