Quiet Pulse Packages

United Blower's Quiet Pulse package is our signature blower package and    offers the following advantages over standard packages:

 The dramatic pulsation reduction eliminates the need for a conventional type inlet silencer and reduces the discharge silencer size. Further noise reductions with levels as low as 70 dbA are possible with an acoustical enclosure that has smaller dimensional requirements.

 The blower is flanged mounted directly to common base/discharge silencer. Inlet filter/silencer can be direct mounted to blower inlet flange, eliminating the need for flex joints at the blower, further reducing noise levels.

      The motor is installed on hinged structural steel support, and the motor weight is used to provide belt tension, therefore, belt retightening is never required. Correct belt tension reduces belt wear due to slipping and prevents premature blower drive bearing failure caused by over tensioning. With the use of a threaded shaft and spring, precise belt tension is controlled at all times. 

 Construction is extremely heavy duty to carry blower and motor weight. Silencers contain NO fibrous material to enter the air stream like conventional silencers. The noise level at the discharge pipe is always less than 85 dbA at 3 feet in a Sch. 40 discharge pipe.

  This unique design eliminates the need for conventional separate inlet filter and inlet silencer. This proven design allows for smaller, lighter, maintenance friendly units with exceptional performance.
